Representation matters and it’s important to have role models at all levels. By amplifying the voices of past, present and future game changers in our communities we can inspire others and make an impact!

CAMPAIGN DETAILS

GAME CHANGERS highlights the people and programs that are paving the way for advancing gender equity in recreation and sport.

CARHA Hockey will award three (3) prizes of $1,000 towards a female-focused cause or initiative that supports the advancement of gender equity. The prize can be directed towards personal development* or program development (with a connection to hockey).

*Personal development can include courses, coaching certifications and other ways you can expand your knowledge and/or skills to help make an impact in the field of gender equity.

Campaign Start Date:        June 20, 2022

Submission Deadline:          July 15, 2022

HOW TO ENTER
The contest is open to everyone who shares a passion in supporting equitable opportunities. Submit your entry with a short writeup below (up to 250 words) detailing how you would use the funds towards your own personal development OR in support of a new or existing program (connected to hockey). You may choose to include a photo along with your submission.

All submissions received by JULY 10 are eligible for our charitable draw! Two (2) of our campaign entrants will have the choice from the following initiatives to receive a $100 donation from CARHA Hockey.
