GAME CHANGERS highlights the people and programs that are paving the way for advancing gender equity in recreation and sport through action and allyship.

Win 1 of 3 grand prizes

CARHA Hockey will be awarding three (3) prizes of $1,000 towards a female-focused cause or initiative that supports the advancement of gender equity. The prize can be directed towards personal development* or program development (with a connection to hockey).

* Personal development can include courses, coaching certifications and other ways you can expand your knowledge and/or skills to help make an impact in the field of gender equity.

how to enter

Open to everyone who shares a passion in supporting equitable opportunities. Submit your entry with a short writeup below (up to 250 words) detailing how you would use the funds towards your own personal development OR in support of a new or existing program (connected to hockey). You may choose to include a photo along with your submission.

Entries will be posted in the ‘Submissions’ section. Please allow up to 24-36 hours for your entry to appear.

Winners will be randomly drawn from all submissions.
