Whitehaven Community Outdoor Rink

Our community rink is a local gathering spot thanks to an amazing team of volunteers who spend countless hours each season flooding, shovelling, and organizing local teenagers to supervise. The rink is used by young and old, day and night, from those learning to skate to hockey players. The Whitehaven Community Association receives a small yearly contribution from the City of Ottawa to maintain the rink, but we recently purchased a used snow-blower and extra funds would be used to help maintain it and keep our neighbourhood active.
