Slave Lake Ice Patrol – Hilda Eben and EG Wahlstrom Outdoor Rinks

The Slave Lake Ice Patrol (SLIP) is a group of dedicated volunteers that build and maintain the outdoor rinks in the community of Slave Lake. This group of volunteers gives back immensely to the residents of our community. They have worked hard over the years to secure donations and sponsorships to help with the upkeep of the outdoor rinks. We are very appreciative of SLIP as the outdoor rinks provide great opportunities for all age and skill levels in the community to be introduced to skating and hockey. SLIP and the rinks also provide a free opportunity to get out and recreate. We are forever thankful to SLIP for their dedication to the outdoor rinks in Slave Lake.
