Located close to the center of Winnipeg the Robert A Steen Community Center outdoor rinks provide a humble venue for ice skating and hockey enthusiasts located in the Wosleley and surrounding neighborhoods. While it’s not the fanciest rink in Winnipeg it provides our inner city youth with countless hour of entertainment each year during the winter.
