Sewing gowns for front-line workers

Last spring, my mom was part of a group of volunteers who sewed over 2,500 PPE gowns for front-line workers in Ottawa’s shelters. The gowns were re-usable and made from purchased material and donated bedsheets. It was such an amazing initiative by our community to help a group that was in need!
