My parents and brothers built an Outdoor Rink in my parents’ backyard this winter and we all came together to celebrate some birthdays. I am so deeply grateful. It was the only time all winter we were all together, talking, laughing, enjoying some drinks & cupcakes and forgetting about the pandemic for an afternoon. Some of us were learning to skate, some of us were playing hockey, some were finessing their stick handling skills. What an incredible way to come all together to make memories of a lifetime.
